School System

How we choose the right curriculum

We design our curriculum based on each child’s actual learning level, ensuring that no student is left behind.

1. We assess students before enrollment to determine their real academic level.

2. If a child struggles, they receive materials suited to their skills, not just their grade. Students are taught based on ability, not age.

3. 1–2 Year Rehabilitation, Students in need of foundational support go through an intensive phase to prepare them for structured learning.

The curriculum is chosen to fit their behavior, culture, and needs. Including specialized programs for spiritual, psychological, and character-building growth.

What we teach

True change doesn’t start and end with the child,
it transforms the whole family. While we shape students’ education, we also empower mothers, who are the foundation of their children’s future.
Through dedicated training and curricula, we’re creating lasting impact in every home we reach.

Administrative Structure

A complete administrative system including:

What makes our teachers different

Selection is made through interviews with teachers (applicants through advertisements in churches), attending training, and a 3-month probationary period. They must have experience in the educational field and hold higher qualifications (Bachelor’s degrees).

Each year, teachers undergo training in four key areas

Spiritual Development – Fostering a heart filled with Christ’s love to serve children with dedication.

Psychological Well-being – Enhancing personal growth and mental health, as a teacher’s well-being directly impacts students.

Educational Approach – Learning child management techniques and building strong teacher-student relationships.

Technical Skills – Developing effective teaching strategies and subject-specific expertise through specialized training.

Study support center

For 2nd and 3rd preparatory students, we provide a fully equipped, air-conditioned study center where they can focus and prepare for high school.

Many of these students don’t have a quiet, suitable space at home, and this center gives them the environment they need to succeed.
